1. Press Next to scroll through the weeks.
2. Available time slots have open circles (radio buttons).
3. Click on the time you want.
4. Click "Confirm Reservation" (bottom right).
5. A new screen pops up. Enter the required information or "Choose different appointment" to go back.
6. First time here? Make up your own password.
7. Not your first time here? Make sure you log in before you select your appointment. A small glitch in the programming will prevent you from completing your reservation if you select your appointment before you log in (if you are a first time user, don't worry about this).
8. If you forget your password, you can go to "Login" at the top of the page, and then click "Forgot your password?" to get your password emailed to you.
9. Click "Finish Reservation"
10. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment immediately. A little later you will receive a second email from me personally confirming your appointment.
11. Others do not have access to your information
